How to choose the ratchet straps?

The most common use of ratchet straps and cargo tie downs is for securing cargo in loading, moving and unloading situations.

  • Binding belt products have been heat-treated in various hardware accessories, and professional testing and simple operation methods can ensure safe use.
  • The binding belt is made of high-strength polyester yarn, which has low water absorption and strong adaptability to the natural environment. It is suitable for use with professional tools in transporting various items.
  • Each strap has black stripes to indicate the breaking strength. The company can decide whether or not to have black stripes and how many black stripes to bring according to customer requirements.

How to choose the right ratchet straps?

  • Determine the weight and size of the cargo you are securing.
  • Tie down strap needs a Working Load Limit (WLL) equal to or greater than that weight.
  • Choose the length you need.
  • Choose the hardware that will be best for your application (ratchet, hooks, etc).
